• Residents who applied by the September 10 deadline (mail-in applications postmarked by Thursday, September 10, 2020) either by post or online can receive the Special Cash Benefit.
• Bank transfer requests will take about two weeks to be completed for applications that correctly include all of the correct required documents and that contain no errors on the form. Applications that require additional confirmation may cause the bank transfer to be delayed.
• If any application information needs to be confirmed or if additional documents are needed, you will be contacted by phone or mail.

If you have received a written request to confirm the content of your application, please review the document and return the forms as soon as possible. If you do not complete and return the form, you will not be able to receive the Special Cash Payment.
